📅 Returns Window

We accept returns and refund requests within 14 days of delivery.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Photos of the item(s), if applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be returned in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

Once your return is shipped, please email us the tracking number so we can follow the return.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s)

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that are worn or damaged after delivery

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact the delivery carrier directly

  • File a claim with the shipping company

If needed, we can provide shipping details to assist with your claim.

🔁 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order (following the steps above) and place a new order.
